Mudd Family Properties Application Process

• All Residential Leases are a 1 year minimum term.

 

• There is a $25 per adult, non-refundable application fee.

   (cash, cashier’s check, or money order)

 • The Unit Deposit is required to be made at time of application. 

• Deposit must be made using cash, cashier’s check, or money order.

   (receipt will be given)

• Pet Deposits are due to be paid with the 2nd months' rent.

• Mudd Family Properties checks the following items on applicants::

• Credit Check
• Criminal Background Check
• Income Verification
• Rental History Check.
